Designed and delivered a mobile app for Capri’s Direct Selling Agents, streamlining lead management - resulting in improved efficiency and saving the company over ₹15 lakhs monthly in operational costs.

Backstory
While working at Ezeiatech Systems, I was part of the team developing the Capri Business Partner App for the client, Capri Global. The project aimed to empower direct selling agents by streamlining loan sourcing, lead tracking, and application management. Our focus was on creating a seamless, user-friendly experience that improved agent efficiency and business performance.
The Problem
Solution
An on-the-go mobile application for the direct selling agents helping them generate Loan Disbursement Leads.
Process
User Interview ––
Conducted a user interview of a few DSAs with the help of the product manager involved in the project and deduced the following output.
It generally takes 15-20 minutes to fill a single lead form.
Everybody has to go through a 3 days training session.
Sometimes, if I am not carrying my tablet, I try to record basic details on my mobile phone or note on a paper.
For payout details, I generally contact or visit the branch.

Result
The app was built on React Native platform and released in 3 months with the combined efforts of all the team members, i.e., developers, product manager, and other stakeholders and was well received by the end users.
It has over 80,000 downloads with average rating of ⭐️4.1 on both platforms, iOS and Android.
Cost to company was reduced by over ₹15 lakhs per month once this application went live for the 100% audience.
